Ashley Morris

Managing Director/Owner

Ashley Morris joined Warmglow Heating Ltd in September 2014 as an apprentice under the guidance of founder Tony Sheppard. He quickly distinguished himself, earning Apprentice of the Year and excelling in heating and bathroom installations. Over time, Ashley developed into a skilled boiler breakdown engineer and took on increasing responsibility within the company.

During Tony’s absences, Ashley stepped up to manage operations, notably leading the business during the challenging early stages of the Covid-19 pandemic while Tony was in New Zealand. His leadership and capability during this period were instrumental in maintaining the company’s high standards. In November 2020, Ashley was appointed Managing Director, with Tony continuing to mentor him. Most recently, Ashley has celebrated becoming a proud father to his first child.

George Mullins

Managing Director/Owner

George joined us in 2018, beginning his apprenticeship to become fully qualified in all aspects of plumbing and gas installations. He completed his training with flying colours, earning the title of Apprentice of the Year.

Building on his outstanding skills, George quickly specialised in boiler installations and took the lead on many projects. His natural leadership saw him mentoring new apprentices, ensuring they received the highest standard of training and support— helping to develop the next generation of talent within the company.

In recognition of his exceptional ability, dedication, and leadership, George was appointed Managing Director of WarmGlow Heating Ltd in 2023. Since then, George and Ashley have formed a strong and successful partnership, driving the business forward, maintaining high standards, and leading a thriving, reliable team.

Chloe Dahl

Breakdown Engineer and
Bathroom Installer

Chloe joined the WarmGlow Heating team in 2019, bringing with her an exceptional skill set in bathroom and plumbing installations. Within her first year, she achieved her Gas Safe qualifications, training one-to-one under founder Tony Sheppard. Through this hands-on mentorship, she developed into a highly competent and skilled boiler breakdown engineer.

Since joining, Chloe has consistently demonstrated expert knowledge across both high-end bathroom installations and complex boiler diagnostics. She has become the go-to engineer for boiler breakdowns and a key figure in delivering quality workmanship across the board.

A dedicated and valued member of the team, Chloe is known for her strong work ethic, commitment to excellence, and ongoing drive to expand her expertise and capabilities

Brandon Davis

Heating and Boiler
systems installer

Brandon is a highly skilled plumber with 9 years’ experience in plumbing and heating. His expertise spans maintenance and repairs, boiler installations, system conversions, hot water cylinders, leak detection, underfloor heating, and both first and second fix plumbing. Proficient with copper, plastic, and press fittings, he is known for consistently delivering highquality workmanship.

Since joining us six months ago, Brandon has quickly become an invaluable part of the team, bringing not just his technical know-how but also a real passion for the trade. Having recently settled in Bristol and embracing life as a proud new dad, he’s slotted in so naturally that it feels like he’s been part of the crew for years. His mix of skill, good humour, and genuine love for plumbing makes him the kind of colleague every team wishes they had.

Hassan Mahmood

Apprentice Heating and
Plumbing Engineer

Hassan joined WarmGlow Heating Ltd in 2023 to begin his apprenticeship in heating and plumbing. From the outset, we were impressed by the research and preparation he had undertaken before applying—showing real
commitment and a genuine desire to be part of the team. It was clear he’d be an excellent fit, and we welcomed him on board without hesitation.

Now in his second year of training, Hassan continues to grow in confidence and ability. He is on track to complete his apprenticeship in 2026. His dedication to learning and rising to the challenges of the trade is truly commendable. Calm under pressure and reliable in demanding situations, Hassan brings a steady presence that is a real asset to the team.

Masie Swift

Social Media Marketing

Maisie joined Warmglow Heating a year ago as Personal Assistant to Managing Director Ashley Morris. Since then, she has taken a huge weight off Ashley and George Mullins by managing incoming calls and handling customer bookings with ease and professionalism.

With a degree in Product Design, Maisie also brings a creative edge to the team, particularly in web design, where we’re excited to help her develop her skills further. She has quickly become a valued member of Warmglow Heating, fitting in seamlessly and playing an important role in the company’s continued growth.

Tony Sheppard

Founder

Tony Sheppard is the original founder of Warmglow Heating Ltd, established in 2003. He began the business offering general plumbing, bathroom, and kitchen installations, later expanding into central heating and boiler systems after gaining his Gas Safe qualifications. Tony specialised in domestic boiler breakdowns and system upgrades, building a solid reputation in the heating industry. He led the company as Managing Director until 2020, when the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic marked a transition in leadership. Ashley Morris and later George Mullins took over as Managing Directors, while Tony stepped back from dayto- day operations. He now focuses on team development, business consultancy, and training, continuing to contribute his expertise to the growth of the business.

Warmglow Heating LTD introduce customers to TradeHelp Ltd and do not receive a fee for the introduction. TradeHelp Ltd are a credit broker, not a lender, and offer loans from Novuna Personal Finance, a trading style of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC authorised and regulated by Financial Conduct Authority. Finance options are offered subject to status and credit check, which must be completed before commencement of works. A 14 day cooling off period applies to all applications.
